SANASA’s primary areas of interest were research and community studies, institutional management, and skill development. This necessitated a deliberate effort to disseminate the necessary knowledge, skills, and research via a single institution. This institution did research on community development and training programs on leadership, management skills, and institutional management. This institution has trained more than 56,000 people. Our thought process in building the website was simple; we evaluated the customer journey of students from rural locations to better understand the target audience when deciding on website colours, website elements, and CTAs. With proper navigation, the website establishes brand positioning and provides the information required by the target market.
